An order
Put your order number in the email. It starts with #SS and it’s in your order confirmation.
Orders usually ship in 1 to 2 business days. Once yours ships, the shipping confirmation email has your tracking link.
Sizing
The glove comes in XS to 2XL. The full size guide is coming soon, and it will be up before the glove goes on sale.
Wrong size? We swap it and pay the shipping both ways.
Returns and exchanges
- Gloves: race in them, then decide. Send them back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the glove price, even if you’ve raced in them, as long as they’ve been washed and dried by the care instructions. You just cover the shipping back.
- Wrong glove size: we swap it within 30 days and pay the shipping both ways.
- Tees, socks and hats: unused and in original condition, within 30 days of delivery, for a refund of the product price. You just cover the shipping back. Only gloves can come back used.
- Damaged or wrong item: tell us within 30 days and we’ll replace or refund it, shipping included.
